  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    Dogs & Cats (no Pit Bulls, Rottweiler’s or German Shepherd's) No exotics.
  2. How many pets may I have?
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    $400 non-refundable pet fee. We have a monthly pet rent- $20 per dog and $15 per cat.
  4. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    As long as there are no damages and all balances are paid in full at the time of move out.
  5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    You can terminate if you give a 60 day notice and pay a termination fee equal to 1 month's rent.
  6. What utilities are included in my lease?

    We offer very flexible lease terms based on your needs. Please contact our leasing office for details.
  8. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Yes we do. Please contact our leasing office to discuss.
  9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    You may report it by calling or coming by the office or you may use our website.
  10. When is my rent payment due?
    Your rent is due on the 1st of each month.
  11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    On the 4th of the month no matter what day the 4th falls on.
  12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
  13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    We do have a night drop located to the left of the front doors of the clubhouse. You may also pay your rent online at
  14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    No, each occupant that plans to stay more than 5 days must fill out an application.
  15. Do you have reserved parking?
    We do offer reserved parking for $30 per month. Please contact the leasing office for details.
  16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    In your garage or in a parking place.
  17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
  18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    We follow the FCC regulations for an installation of any satellite.
  19. Do you have cable services?
    We have AT&T U-Verse as well as Cox Communications.
  20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    We do not currently accept packages.
  21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
  22. Where do I register to Vote?
    We can provide you with the forms to register & you can place the form in the outgoing mailboxes located in the Clubhouse. You may also use the Post Office located in Jenks, OK.
